He has also held various roles in PCCW Global, Celtel, Zain Zambia, and Nkana Water and Sewerage Company ranging from Business Development Manager, Value Added Services Developer, Network & Systems Administrator, Senior IT Manager, Head of IT, Head of Enterprise Data Support to Senior Product Manager - Mobile Money. He has over 18 years of professional experience encompassing IT, Telecoms and Fintech.

Rodger holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from The Copperbelt University and a Business Management Certificate from India Institute of Management.

Raston brings a wealth of Knowledge in Financial reporting, Budgeting, business planning, Grant reporting, Portfolio management, credit, and Policy creation & management plus creating workshops aimed at staff development. He has 10 years of professional experience in the finance department working on reports, financial statements, taxation and other statutory requirements plus payroll. Then another 10 years working with farmers and SMEs extending credit for Agriculture Equipment.

Francis Chulu brings critical software engineering capability that ensures Fin360 builds platforms in-house.

With more than 6 years of System development, Francis skills are primarily in backend processing systems, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), mobile applications, mobile money integrations, USSD applications, system integrations, SMS gateway and commands several programming language such as C,C++, C#, Java PHP,Angular and React programming languages. He also develops mobile applications in Android (Java and Kotlin),Fluter,React native,Swift.

Francis has also has worked in South Africa on a number of EU funded projects. He has also worked and delivered projects for companies and institutes such as ISWE Solutions, Higher Education Authority (HEA), National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA), Africa Development Connect (ADC), Lima Links Zambia, Airtel Networks Zambia and Cellulant Zambia Limited where he served as Software Development Consultant, Lead Product Development Executive and Implementation Engineer.

Francis holds a bachelors and a Masters Degree of Computer Science (Software Engineering) from the University of Zambia.
